请教高手如何用VBA编写返回上一视图的另奉献一个很好PPT插件

我是一个VBA的爱好者，也编写过自己的小小VBA代码。
但是现在有一个困扰我很久的问题，不知道如何用VBA实现。特请教大家：
如图所示为Adobe Reader浏览pdf文档时候，在下端工具栏上有上一视图和下一视图的按钮，非常实用。类似于网页浏览的后退和前进键。比如我们浏览第1页，点击里面得连接一下转到第20页，如果我们想再回到上一个视图即第1页，只需要点击这个按钮即可。
其实上一视图功能在幻灯片播放时候，在屏幕上点击右键出来的右键菜单中就有这个回到上一页功能，可惜在普通视图模式就没有这个功能。

可能自动记录比较难，自己也尝试了分步手动实现，在转换视图前执行一个VBA记录下来页码，然后在浏览完后再执行一个VBA代码回到上一页，但是语法总也不对，特请教高手如何实现？

我的思路

定义2个全局变量a,b
sub1功能 a=当前页编号（相当于给此页加一个书签），
sub2 功能视图转到a页（回到刚才那个书签页）

The process has been rather time consuming since I had to sift and decide what to include and what to discard.
